This villa has amenities galore making it a unique space to entertain for family & friends. In the backed there is an oversized swimming pool and spa with a sunken bar built into the pool allowing for a hotel style swim up bar service, justsay the word and we will be have our concierge arrange the perfect pool day.
The fun never ends with a full size basketball court and sand volleyball courts, Covered patios & a summer kitchen embody outdoor living at its best. What better way to end the day down a short drive to the Hard Rock Hotel with one of the finest restaurant and entertainments complexes in all of Miami and the surrounding areas.

Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
