Summary: the reception guy in the morning was very rude, i just asked for the possibility to empty the fridge (or mini bar or whatever) and he started arguing in a very hostile way. moreover an insecurity feeling around the hotel with some mix of homeless persons and drug dealers made the stay worse. breakfast team was amazing although.
