Host notes - the flat is clean and tidy but not spotless, it's quite "lived in" so if you want the newest, most shiny place, this isn't it. That being said it's got great character and a much lower price than the market as I get set up on Airbnb and start to make modifications over the coming year. Neighbours are good, but please be respectful - no smoking, parties and take shoes off inside.
