Nestled at the back of a wild pecan grove on the bank of the Arkansas River is a 1 bedroom barndominium with a loft. The bedroom has 3 twin beds and the loft has 4 XL twin beds. The rental has an open floor plan with a pool table and 85” screen smart tv. In the living area you will enjoy the comfortable leather couches and 55” smart tv.
The kitchen area is complete with all the furnishings and a big bar/island. The black granite countertops set off this estheticly pleasing 1250sqft property. It’s the perfect place to gather and enjoy yourself and the view of the river.
The river is a great fishery for bass, crappie and catfish. Bowfishing is another growing sport on the river.
