Positive: The home itself was an excellent first choice. The owner was super nice and professional and handled my concern with the spa.
Negative: "They call them ghost ants," which were on the island, bedrooms, and also my child being bitten. The patio they said was normal for them to have ants, but not the home didn't feel as though that situation was handled properly. I should have received some of my money back after a nine hour drive to unlock the door to that issue, It was without a doubt a bitter sweet moment for me because if I'd canceled went elsewhere my refund wouldn't have been fully returned, so that wasn't the best situation. During check out, it seems we were checked out before check out time. And we had to handle locking the door in another manner. They need a new maid service/ housekeeper to clean properly as well. There was trash and food left behind from whomever was there before us.
