Discover this beautiful vacation home, completely renovated in 2023, located just 2 km from a magnificent sandy beach (Plage de l'Aber) and close to a protected natural area. South-facing, it offers a breathtaking sea view from a large wooden terrace. With its 130 m² spread over two levels, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for vacations with family or friends. 2 extra beds are available on the sofa bed in the living room.
On the main floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (central island, fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, Sodastream, panini maker), a bright living room with large dining table (seats 8), comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV (French channels, applications such as Netflix, YouTube and Prime), DVD player, record player with a collection of Vinyls, HiFi system, Bluetooth speaker.
Direct access to the terrace from the kitchen or living room.
Also on the main floor: bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200, office desk, wardrobe), shower room (walk-in shower, electric towel rail, washbasin, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet with washbasin.

Shower room (walk-in shower, electric towel rail, washbasin). Separate toilet with washbasin.
