The large windows in the dining area provide lots of natural lighting and a great view of the backyard during the day, but can be closed at night to provide total privacy. At night, the kitchen, dining, and living room areas are illuminated by overhead recessed lighting and a 5-light pendant chandelier to provide as much—or as little—lighting as one wants.
The living area is commanded by two genuine leather armchairs and a genuine leather couch-seating as cozy as it is beautiful! The ceiling fan provides additional air flow to the space to keep the climate customizable to each guest’s liking. A 43-inch Roku TV is mounted above the gas fireplace, which, along with the many cozy blankets, provides additional heating for those brisk winter months.
With a master bedroom and an additional bedroom and bathroom, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed while the additional bedroom is equipped with a queen. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan to provide air movement throughout the day and during the night. Additionally, the master bedroom has a dedicated workspace that allows for private, concentrated work if need be.
The outdoor amenities include a private, screened in lanai for cozy, bug-free relaxing, a grill, a playset equipped with swings and a slide, a fire pit area, and a covered outdoor dining table to provide not only a kid-friendly space, but a very comfortable area to take in the beautiful evenings. The garage fits two vehicles comfortably inside, but the driveway will also fit two additional vehicles for added parking.
