Summary: The property manager did a good job taking care of a plumbing issue that interrupted our enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. This was an issue that obviously had been there awhile! After he left, the tub/shower drained very slowly as well. After mentioning the plumbing work to the property manager, the company agreed to refund some money back to the credit card for the inconvenience. We were glad to find a place with a kitchen. It was difficult to find anything available in the weekend which was the height of fall leaf viewing! Quite a few details in the apartment could have been done better, like having a light over the kitchen sink so you could see to do dishes at night. Needs waste basket in bathroom. Fix the many blinds in living room and kitchen. The manager was quick to answer my call on the plumbing. If more attention to detail were made, this would be a more desirable property. Thanks!
