Our townhouse is directly off the Kancamagus Highway with the most hiking trails in NH! Minutes from downtown Lincoln, Woodstock and Franconia Notch!
Please remember this is a someone's home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING there will ber a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
