Summary: Fair value for mid-range house. The neighborhood is convenient and felt safe. Kitchen was bare bones stocked, the pool table adjacent to the kitchen was kind of odd. A table would have been more useful. No ice cube trays or ice maker. We only used the kitchen for breakfast so it was fine for our needs. The laundry is outside access. Could use a laundry basket to take loads back and forth. Hoy tub was nice after hiking. The back yard could use some weeding and grooming. The closets need to be painted and smelled stale. The bathrooms were careworn and could have been a little cleaner, but everything worked. Good towels and linens. Overall fair value for the price, neighborhood, and location. Ion property management was great with check in and out. Good start.
