Summary: There were no reviews when we booked this property so we were a little hesitant but the options on Great Guana Cay are limited so we booked it. Boy we are so pleased we did! The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and frankly much better than the pictures and listing would have you believe. The place was also huge much bigger than the description would have you believe. Everything was brand new, all kitchen items, furnishings, appliances and even washer dryer. Plenty of beds for heads - two full separate bedrooms and a pull out daybed in the living room. Location was easy walk from ferry dock and right on the main road that crosses the island. Just two blocks from the best cart rental on the Island (Donna's), Location is inland and you are the lower level of a duplex/apt. so not much of a view but knew that upfront and frankly the setup was better than expected - private entry front and back of unit and place to charge the golf cart a plus. Kitchen was very well equipped with all full size appliances and all of the extrtas like coffee pot, microwave, etc. And again everything was spotless and appeared brand new. We had a bit of a check in miscommunication - the main entrance is through a wooden gate - but the owner responded almost immediately when we had questions and even came by to make sure we got in without any trouble - very kind and responsive. Definitely would be our first choice if staying on the Cay again.
