Located on the 3rd floor with no one above you and a private patio. This apartment is located a block away from Saint Mary's Hospital and within walking distance to grocery stores and great dinning, with very close access to Hwy I70, Airport, Palisade CO. There is a neighborhood indoor salt water, heated pool and hot tub, saunas and exercise room, with laundry mat on location. This is a peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful walking trail around private lake. Enjoy your visit to the max here!

These are key points we want to share to make sure you have accurate expectations for your stay and no surprises. This unit is located on 3rd floor with 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. First door on the right. We have swamp coolers in the building, they work a little differently than AC units do, instructions are posted in unit. There is a key fab for the pool and laundry room. If that key is lost during your stay, a $75 non refundable fee will be charged. There is one parking space with unit #302 listed above it, there is additional parking to the West of the building for any other vehicle, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per unit on property.
