🐕 WE LOVE OUR PETS! 🐱
Our home is 🐶 pet *welcoming* 🐶! We have provided a pet bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and pet waste disposal bags for your pet. We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers.
For your (and your pet’s) convenience, we have left a dog leash is on the hook in the mudroom by the back door and pet waste bags are located in the far left kitchen drawer.

There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that is available for guests to use.
📺 TELEVISION AND WIFI 📲
There is one Smart TVs in the home that allow you to login to any streaming apps you would like. There is no cable service provided.
The home features a high speed fiber internet connection with 150+mbs download speeds.
🌳 OUTDOOR LIVING 😎
This home features a fenced in backyard perfect for your dogs to play in and enjoy! The front porch also features four rocking chairs for you to enjoy!

This home features driveway parking with plenty of space for 3-4 cars parked front to back. There is also street parking available in front of the house.
🛏️ HIGH QUALITY LINENS 🛁
We are happy to stock all of our properties with white high quality linens.
We provide sheets for every bed as well as two (2) bath towels and wash cloths per guest capacity. We will also provide two hand towels in each bathroom as well as two kitchen towels in each kitchen. We provide two black washcloths in each bathroom for makeup removal.
We ask that our guests please do not use our white linens for anything that will stain them, including makeup removal. Any linens left stained or damaged will be charged back to guests.
We try to avoid using bleach in our laundry if possible, we wash everything with Oxi Clean and Dawn.
🧼 ESSENTIALS 🗑️
All our properties include all the essentials and needs to allow for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The items listed below are provided in every single one of our properties and consumable items are only a starter kit.
Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, a dish sponge, two (2) trash bags, two (2) K-cups per guest capacity.
Bathrooms have locked dispensers on the shower walls with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
We have provided some basic cleaning supplies, including a Swiffer, and broom/dustpan. They’re in the mudroom by the back door.

👉 A FEW THINGS TO CALLOUT ABOUT OUR HOME 🏡
• There are steps to enter the home on the front and back doors.
• There is a steel floor grate for the air return in the living area. It is safe to walk on, however you should be aware of this for children or pets who may catch toes or fingers in the grate.
• We love the charm of our historic home but with an older home there are things you should be aware of – the floors will creak sometimes when you walk on them and original doors and door hardware can sometimes stick a little. This home also features a lot of beautiful woodwork that has been varnished within the last year so there is a slight varnish odor in the home.

Check-in will be at 3 p.m. and check-out will be at 10 a.m. and our property care technicians will arrive shortly after the check-out time to prepare the home for the next guests. If you need to check-in after 10 p.m. we ask that you let us know ahead of time.
All of our properties have self-check-in and have coded smart locks on the doors. The code you will receive for your reservation is unique to your reservation and will only work between the check-in and check-out times.
Sometimes technology fails, however if this happens we also have a backup lockbox on the property with a physical key so you can get inside.
‼️ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ⏰
We understand that sometimes you need to start your stay a little sooner or need more time before a flight home. We will make our best effort to accommodate you, however we often have guests leaving the morning of your check-in or new guests coming a few hours after your check-out.

No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.
Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.
We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them.
Guests may communicate with us via text or the booking channel. There will be a slower response time with phone calls. If there is an emergency affecting a person's safety guests should call 911 and contact us once everyone is safe.
