Beautiful and CLEAN chalet located only 1/2 mile from Snowbowl road for hiking and skiing and only 60 minutes from the Grand Canyon!
Our vacation home sits on 2.5 acres at the base, and with views, of the San Francisco Peaks (the highest point in Arizona at over 12,000 feet). As a guest, you'll have full access to the entire house including 2.5 car garage/game room, laundry, full kitchen, BBQ, and much more.

The space
We have always taken creating a super-clean and sanitary space for our guests very seriously, in fact, it has always been out top priority. As usual; all bed bath, and kitchen linens are taken offsite for wash and disinfecting after every guest stay. Now, in addition to our standard preparation, cleaning, and disinfecting process, we also leave a spray mixture of Clorox solution for our guests to wipe down anything they see fit. We hope you'll stay in our vacation rental as a bit of a break from life's stress.
The most convenient access to Flagstaff Nordic Center for cross country skiing, Snowbowl, and Wing Mountain snow play area.
The main living area has floor to ceiling view windows looking south with a beautiful view of A-Mountain. Look out the large windows viewing east and gaze at Mount Elden to the east. Step outside and the majestic San Francisco Peaks tower directly above!
3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Master suite upstairs has outside deck access and king size bed. The master suite also has a leather euro style futon sleeper. Two down stairs bedrooms, both with queen beds!
Outdoor living area features multiple seating areas for star gazing at the crystal clear sky, a two-side wrap around deck, patio table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee. You might get lucky and catch deer and elk graze in the meadow. Two and a half car oversized garage with plenty of games to keep the fun going!
Guests are welcome to do their own laundry while staying and have full access to the full size washer and dryer.
Need to do a little work while staying? Guests have access to high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Main living area has flat screen television and Roku media player.
Prepare your own meals rather than eating out! Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own homemade meals. Just provide the ingredients! Stay warm at night with the rustic wood burning stove that can more than keep you warm at night or turn on the brand new furnace - your choice! Get a little warm during the day, drop the temperature on the central AC.
Most importantly, we take pride in providing clean accommodations. Clean bathrooms, linens, kitchen, floors, furniture, everything. You won't find a cleaner vacation home.

Please note, there is a security system on the property. Once you book your reservation, you will be provided with a security code to completely power down the security system during your stay. We only ask that our guests power up the system upon their departure. The security system is meant to monitor the property while the property is not occupied by our guests or us and was installed due to some theft by one of our guests. By popular demand, we've added a Pac-N-Play for families with your children.
Make a quick stop at the grocery store on the way to your arrival. Safeway is located at the corner of Highway 180 and Humphrey's street.
