The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State Park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5-minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! Ask us for our full guide to see all nearby activities and restaurants! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' Weekend Downtown! Come get cozy and reset away from the hustle and bustle!
The wood stove is sure to keep you warm (we provide the wood and directions for use) but we also have regular heat and AC for whatever your preference is. We have 12 acres and our home sits on the property but the cottage is private and has its own entrance! The deck overlooks the woods so you have all of Mother Nature as a view!
Pets: we loveee fur babies! However, in order to keep our property clean and reduce the risk of damage we do have a $75 pet fee and do require your pet to be crated while you are not on site. To be respectful of neighbors and for the safety of your fur baby, we ask they are leashed when outside on the property. Please pick up after your dog and place in a baggie and throw away in the trash can under the deck.(We have doggy bags in the entryway table drawer). We only allow 1 pet and a weight max of 50lbs. If you have questions, message us! Failure to follow these results may result in a fine. Thank you! You have the cottage all to yourself with your own private drive. Our home is located on the property, but we give our guests privacy and will always ask for permission if we need to be by the cottage at all.
We have a large backyard but we ask that you don’t walk or allow your dog to go beyond the fire pit for the safety of guests and animals!
