- The Cozy Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests/max occupancy. No unregistered guests.
- The Cottage is on a septic system. Please do not put grease or food scraps down the kitchen sink. Place them in the trash can. Also, only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
- For safety reasons, if you use the outdoor fire pit, be sure to put out the fire when you're done using it.
- This home utilizes a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door. The Ring camera on the front door records audio and video and is used to monitor the property 24/7 for security. Disabling the camera will result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.
- The Cozy Cottage has a $150 damage deposit collected at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if guest honors house rules and no damages.
