Live like many Pleasure Point locals, play all day in the sun, sand and surf and then come home to a tiny beach house to chill out and sleep. This is a cozy little studio guest house spitting distance (2 blocks) from the East Cliff Drive and the best surf and surf gawking anywhere in Santa Cruz.
Well behaved pets (all species and breeds) are always welcome when approved in advanced. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee collected post arrival. (See note below for further info on pet fee.)
The space
Remodeled guest house (2022) located on a quiet street two blocks from the beach.
New kitchen with full size stove and refrigerator, microwave, multiple options for brewing coffee (pour-over, french press, traditional brewer), Ninja power blender. Due to space limitations, specialty appliances (pasta maker, waffle iron, Vitamix, hand blender, Instant Pot, popcorn popper, special pots and pans, etc.) are stored away but available upon request.
New floors that are easy to keep clean. New bathroom with spacious tiled shower.
Fabulous outdoor patio with seating and charcoal barbecue to enjoy a burger and cold beer after a fun day in the waves.
Soft grey leather sofa for comfortable viewing of 50" Smart TV which provides wide range of streaming options on high speed internet.
Full size washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
Ample covered space for storing bikes and toys.
For month long stays, we provide paper supplies, laundry and dish soap for your first week to allow time for you to get settled in.
