You will love our place because of the comfy bed, the ambiance, and the great location to the UT Stadium. House Rules
-Do not share either of the door codes with anyone! This ensures everyone’s safety.
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
-Please keep noise to a minimum in the hallways at all times.
-Be respectful of neighbors at all times.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! If there is smoking in the condo or hallway you will be charged a $250 fumigation fee.
-Do not open the windows to smoke or throw anything out of them.
-Do not eat in the bed.
-Do not put luggage on the bed. Use the luggage racks which are in the closet.
Check In & Out
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11pm.
-Upon check out, strip the sheets and blankets then place them in one of the baskets provided in the bathroom. Place all used towels and wash cloths in the washer but DO NOT RUN THE WASHER.
-Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
-Throw trash out using the trash chute to the left when you walk out the door, NO CARDBOARD. Take any larger trash and cardboard to Level L and discard in the trash/recycling dumpsters outside.
-Put the thermostat on 70
-Shut the blinds and windows
-Lock the doors whenever you leave
Access to the property will be given to the guest making the reservation. DO NOT GIVE OR SHARE ACCESS CODES WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE YOUR PARTY.

Trash
If you are staying for an extended amount of time or have smelly trash items, make sure they are bagged up and place them in the trash chute to the left when leaving the unit. Larger trash items and ALL CARDBOARD will need to be taken to Level L and discarded in the trash and/or recycling dumpsters outside. PLEASE DON’T PUT COFFEE GROUNDS OR LARGER FOOD DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL!
Amenities
-Please help yourself to the coffee and tea.
-Bowls, plates, and coffee cups are in the cabinets.
-There is an iron and Ironing board in the closet to the left as are extra blankets, sheets, and pillows.
-The couch doubles as a queen bed as well.
-There is a hair dryer and first aid kit in the bathroom.
-The Kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with many amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots, pans, blender, knives, cutting boards, and all the utensils you may need.
-There is a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent available as well. If you happen to use the washer and dryer do not overload or use excessive detergent. There is a dryer vent switch to the left of the washer/dryer unit, please make sure to turn the switch on when using the dryer! Do not run the washer or dryer when you are not in the unit!
Notes
-No parties of any kind! Keep the noise to a reasonable level, especially at night and early morning
-Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
-This particular unit does not allow any pets of any kind.
-Lock the door each time you leave!
-There are cleaning supplies under the sink and beside the refrigerator. Rule of thumb, if you make a mess clean it up.
-Make sure the windows are closed when you leave,
-Please do not let people you do not know in the building or give out access codes. Codes are changed after each units use to ensure your safety.
-No guests outside of your party are permitted to stay in the unit.

The Sterchi Building located at 116 S Gay Street was originally the home of Sterchi Brothers Furniture headquarters, it also served as the largest Wholesale furniture center in the Southeast for decades. In 2002 the building was renovated into 100 modern condos. The conversion consists of several significant upgrades including: - new energy efficient appliances - modern HVAC units - designer-quality light fixtures - quartz countertops, deep stainless steel sinks, commercial grade kitchen , Roca (Spanish) tile in the showers and tub surrounds, - redesigned fitness center with Peloton, Nordic Track, Max Trainer and other high-end gym equipment.
