I first want to mention that this is my home and it’s decorated with fine things that I’ve collected through the years which is why it’s cozy. There is only two closets for guests to hang their clothes and what have you. If your not a fan of Yankee candle, you may not want to book here. I’m just trying to be as accurate as I can. I love my guests and I want them to have fun. There is a jet ski in the garage you can rent which nobody offers., so this 2 -3 bedroom home with ample parking and a garage, washer and dryer, eat in kitchen, living room dining room, outdoor patio with grill and patio furniture, and fenced in yard with tree house , bring you boat or jet skis. This is my second home so there will be clothes in closets fyi. House was built in 1850, lots of historical things, used to be a farm until they put in W Main RD then made it 4 lanes. They then cut there farm in half then the gulf course was built! So they retired the farm. Will sleep 7 comfortably anything over 7 it goes up 50$ a person one on the couch and a queen air mattress that would be ten absolutely the limit and it would be cramped, only space for it is in the second bedroom with the queen. And an extra 150$ you may inquire about the brand new RV fully functional with shower and kitchen, sleeps 4 comfortably for 6 people extra 100$ so 16 people max capacity if needed
