This cozy home has open-floor plan, gas fireplace, gas stove, fully-equipped kitchen, 50” Smart TV in living room, 43” Smart TV in the master bedroom, and 400mbps high-speed internet.
Enjoy a relaxing time in the backyard patio while using the gas grill or having s’mores by the fire pit with your family or friends.
Please note that gas fireplace is not to be used by guests.
The upstairs room is locked and prohibited area as it is our storage/cleaning supply closet.
You may park in the garage but please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage/scratches your car may incur during that time.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
No pets allowed but will accept in case by case situation, may allow only 1 small dog up to 25 lbs. for non-refundable fee of $150.
