Comprised of one Spacious bedroom with two large closets, 48 in flat screen tv, and vaulted ceiling with built-in lights. This cozy unit is ready to go with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone counter tops, double door chief's fridge, glass top stove, and coffee machine that can make java by the pot or kureg style.
The living room light filled with restful views of the green backyard and outdoor sitting deck. It is complete with flat screen tv, restored victorian green velvet couch, and glass top high dining table with three leather chairs. There is a breakfast bar as well for extra seating.
The home has access to a shared laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as outdoor sitting areas and gas grill. There is parking for one-two cars in the rear of the home. (please inquire before you bring two cars)

Getting Around:
Located within site of Marta street transit, connecting to 10th street Marta train station.
Staying in midtown allows the guests to walk to nearby grocery stores (kroger, Publix), gyms (LA Fitness), and other shopping and dining options located in Ansley Mall located nearly within sight of this home. Guests can also walk to the park and the neighborhoods other attractions. But there are also plenty of Ubers in the area to use, as well as access to Atlanta's subway transit called "Marta" which has a subway stop on nearby 10th street.
Other Things to Note:
No parties or gatherings of any kind are allowed- this will result in in a $500.00 fine and an immediate termination of your stay without refund.
Pets are welcome with a $100.00 pet cleaning fee.
To protect the comfort of future guests, this is a non-smoking property. a $500.00 upholstery cleaning fee will be accessed to any guests who smokes in the residence.
Please do not let you pets on the couch, beds, or other furniture. Failure to follow this rule will result in 3x cleaning fees.
For guests staying in properties with a hot tub, please remember that you are using this amenity at your own risk, ownership nor management accepts any liability for your use. Please do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the tub, as it will damage the machine. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15-30 mins depending upon water temp.
Please note: all guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to paying their own electric and natural gas costs (if any), re-billed monthly. And all guests staying 30+ days agree to pay a cleaning fee that is 2x the listed rate in order to deep clean the home after you leave in order to get it ready for next guests.
