Drive or Uber to popular restaurants & shopping, Jacksonville Beach, or the downtown area. Near downtown sports complex, hospitals, NAS Jax, parks, St. Johns Town Center, interstates & more. 20 min. drive to beaches. Perfect for individuals working away from home or on extended trips.
The space
The space is private, secure and well appointed. Enjoy high speed internet access, two private bathrooms with a bathtub, access to the kitchen, refrigerator, stovetop, coffeemaker, wafflemaker, ninja, and other various cooking accessories that you can feel free to use. A hammock, a firepit, 2 charcoal grills and one electric grill. Also includes access to laundry room washer and dryer.
There is also A/C in the room available.
Guest access
Guests have private access to their room and the bathroom is located in the hallway. The master bedroom bathroom is located in the bedroom. If you do need any assistance during your stay for any reason, I will be available. Guests are welcome to enjoy the chairs in the back yard.
