The beach is 2 blocks away, Farmers market across the street on Tues and Saturdays, and Yoga by the beach at 11 (all year) and 6 PM -during summer- (donations base). 4 blocks for Retro row, a street full of vintage stores, beautiful cafes, and outdoor places to have a drink. Music on weekends and excellent cool restaurants like Sage and Alder in 4st.
