Crane's Landing is a beautiful waterfront home, sitting on over an acre of land with the Suwannee River just steps away from the front porch. This 2 bed 1 bath new build sleeps 6 and has all of the amenities plus more to make you feel at home.
The minute you unlock the gate and drive up the private driveway you are greeted by beautiful bamboo plants and pine trees that form a canopy over the entire property. Everything that you could need is at your fingertips. During the day, take a quick trip to the local springs or just walk down to the dock and take the kayaks out for a spin. At night enjoy drinks and smores by the fire OR relax in the hot tub located on our beautiful oversized front porch.
Enjoy home-cooked meals over the charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) or in our beautiful kitchen. (Pots, pans, serving dishes, olive oil, cooking spray, tin foil, and a fully stocked spice drawer are all provided.) PLEASE SEE WELCOME BOOK/PDF FOR ADDITIONAL PROPERTY AMENITIES.
Mornings are truly my favorite time out on the property. I love to make a cup of coffee and sit out on the front porch and take in all of nature's beauty. A full coffee bar with coffee, cream, sugar, and flavored syrups are provided so that you can enjoy that time as well.
Safety is our number one priority, especially for little ones. As a mom and a dad of a 2-year-old and a 9-year-old, we wanted to make sure that whoever came out to stay felt like their kiddos were safe. Since our home is on stilts, you must walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front door. Well, my 2-year-old LOVES to walk up and down stairs... it is a novelty since we do not have stairs at our main residence. As you can imagine this gets tiresome and nerve-racking. So I did my research and found an AMAZING baby gate which has been installed at the top of the stairs. This gate is retractable and removable. (Instructions can be found in our welcome book) We also have a pack-n-play available for those that would like to use it as well.
Finally, we take the health of you and your family extremely seriously. Our cleaning company follows a 5-step enhanced cleaning protocol. This protocol was developed by the CDC and completed before every stay. Please feel free to reach out if you would like additional information on this protocol.
