Positive: The building was lovely and the decor was really nice.

Negative: I had booked a snug room online, when we arrived it was extremely small with hardly any room even to walk around the bed. I asked if there was a bigger room and ended up paying another £150 to upgrade to make sure my husband and I would be comfortable for our stay. Even in the bigger room though, I was surprised at the lack of storage - there were no drawers and only 1 small hanging area with only 2 hangers meaning we couldn’t hang our clothes up. The lighting is very minimal which I appreciate is for the desired effect, however it would be nice to have had the option of a bigger light as it made doing hair, make up etc. very difficult. I was quite underwhelmed given how much we were looking forward to going and the things we’d heard.
