Enjoy your very own private deck, with views of the marina, sunrise and, sunset. With a full kitchen, cozy bedrooms and salty crosswinds, our “Chatham” inspired suite is the perfect place to stay. This two bedroom guest suite has queen beds and an additional cot for the fifth guests to enjoy. This suite is located on the second floor, stair access only. This coastal getaway is perfect for all vacationers, travelers and outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the Massachusetts' South Shore.
We offer weekly 7 night vacation rentals during the summer months and long term rent in the winter months. If you are interested in a monthly stay, please send us a note with your dates and we'll respond with our best rates.
Getting Here:
Creating the Space is located on the barrier island of Humarock, MA. We're located on the east side of the Marshfield Avenue Bridge, across the South River from Marshfield Hills. After crossing the bridge, we're the second building on the right. Look for blue-shutters and coral doors at the intersection of Marshfield Ave. and Central Ave. Our lodging entrance and parking lot is on the Central Ave. side, directly across from the Post Office.
Using your GPS, enter 10 Marshfield Ave, Humarock, MA 02047 and we will come up.
Enter the coral, beveled glass door on Central Ave, across from the Post Office and our Chatham is directly at the top of one flight of stairs to the right ( Guest Suite One) We will reach out to you ahead of your arrival to set 4-digit electronic key code that you'll use to enter your private entrance.

Before your departure, kindly strip sheets from beds; run dishwasher, if cookware is used and be sure all windows are shut. To protect the hardwood floors, we kindly ask that you do not wear your outdoor shoes inside the suite. Shoe mats are located outside of your entrance.
