All three are led by Executive Head Chef, James Mearing, drawing on Cromlix's own Kitchen Garden and the finest Scottish produce. Positive: The building and grounds are lovely
Negative: The fact that we were not told we would not be able to use the bar whilst we were there, there should’ve been the choice of two restaurants and there wasn’t, there was a wedding party in, which is no problem at all if we had just been told before we arrived, we would’ve changed the date we stayed. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the room didn’t work and only warm water in the shower.
