Te ofrecemos habitación, baño y estacionamiento privado, pero también tienes a tu disposición el jardín, escritorios, la cocina, centro de lavado, el televisor con Netflix y Wifi. Estamos ubicados estratégicamente cerca de la av. principal (5 febrero), la UAQ, a 10 minutos en carro del centro histórico y a 20 de la terminal de autobuses. Hay supermercados, oxxo y gas cerca.
Nos gusta te sientas bien recibido, por eso siempre tenemos cortesías para ti: ✔café ☕ ✔té 🫖 ✔agua 💧 de garrafon ✔sal, azúcar, pimienta, aceite y especias en general ✔un espacio especial en la nevera para guardar tus alimentos 🍱
Nuestra casa tiene un amplio jardín con árboles frutales (naranjas 🍊, limones🍋, toronjas🍈, guayabas, olivo🫒 y durazno🍑) y zonas para descansar y disfrutar en el día y la noche. Tenemos 2 hermosas mascotas: Alaska nuestra gata y Malta la Labrador cachorro. La casa tiene dos habitaciones con dos baños privados respectivamente, uno de ellos es el que se renta (para 1 persona) y el otro corresponde al espacio privado de los host (que viven en la casa).
La mayoría de las zonas están a su acceso, excepto nuestro cuarto y baño; estos dos son los espacios privados de los hosts.
Mi esposo y yo trabajamos durante el día; sin embargo, lo más probable es que coincidamos en las mañanas y noches. Procuramos estar disponibles para atender cualquier duda, solicitud o sugerencia antes, durante y después de la estadía y así, tener siempre la mejor comunicación a través de mensajes por medio de la app Airbnb.
Estamos ubicados en una colonia privada, con un parque grande para caminar y los niños jugar. Es seguro y muy cerca del centro histórico, a la UAQ, restaurantes, a tiendas de autoservicio y supermercados, gasolineras, a la av. 5 de febrero y la salida a Celaya.
Nuestra casa es de fácil acceso y tiene diferentes opciones de transporte: ✔Estacionamiento privado para tu coche 🚙 ✔Taxis y uber 🚕 concurridos ✔cercanía de cicloruta 🚲 ✔A 3 cuadras de la av 5 de febrero donde puedes tomar diferentes camiones 🚌 ✔Puedes llegar caminando 🚶🏽♂️ 🚶🏻♀️a supermercados, restaurantes, Oxxo, la UAQ, cajero electrónico, y lugares turísticos como el cerro de las Campanas.
