Summary: Not for publication. Quote directly on the beach unquote is extremely misleading. While the entire building is on the beach this ground floor unit is in the North west corner and only craning your neck allows you to see a sliver of the water. Further, although it was an act of god, renters should be informed that this property has no access to the beach whatsoever. You have to get into your car and go to a beach access because this particular property has not been able to rebuild their stairs to the beach. The house house cleaners and maintenance people for this property need to be taken to task. Kitchen pot holders were filthy as was the entire Underside of the range hood. The unit was heavily musty smelling and caused allergy problems, requiring my 1 day early departure. The linens are simply old and dingy. The
