A cozy and special property that sits very close to Lake Lanier on quiet Taylor Creek. Enjoy expansive lake views from every room in this house including the dining screened porch and deck. The house is situated perfectly to capture spectacular sunsets reflecting off the water. Sleeping options include a Master with King, a 2nd bedroom with a Queen, and a large bunk room with 2 double beds and 2 twins that works for a couple but is perfect for kids. For activities you can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, reading on the dock, kayaking in our 3 kayaks (1 double and 2 single), grilling/smoking on a BGE or just enjoying the ever-changing lake vista from the dock, porch, deck or any room in the house. Bring your boat and tie up at our dock. This house was completely gutted and renovated in 2010 by the current owners. It includes an open-concept kitchen, family room and dining booth. It includes a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter evenings and a fire pit by the lake for s'mores. It includes a large 32 by 32 covered dock with a generous seating area and chairs. The upper level of the dock is perfect for fireworks. Very secluded and quiet location down a short drive from the end of a street. Close to 2 grocery stores and outlet mall at Dawsonville. Only about 30 minutes from Alpharetta. Satellite TV. Stereo in house and on dock. Grill/smoker for your use. A truly special place that is new to the rental market as of Nov 2018.
