Close quick access to I-40, 85, 95, 70, 885 NC-147 & is in an urban diverse neighborhood with friendly people and it has a small footprint but a very comfortable layout, easily sleeps 5 people, walking distance to down town bars & attractions, farmer’s market, entertainment district, restaurants, breweries, music venues. Smart lock key less entry, surveillance video security system, fast WIFI, free off street parking, smart TV. House trained dog no cats due to allergies max 2 dogs $55 pet fee for entire stay. Notify us if you're bringing a pet and we will send a Pet Agreement" no pet fee for your whole stay. Its a duplex style home.

Summary: We stayed here for a long weekend with a small group of college friends including one dog. The house is definitely small and a bit spartan. The kitchen/dining area is very small, and there's no dishwasher if you're the type to cook most of your vacation meals, but if all you need is a landing pad for your adventures it's perfect. Location wise, the main perk was that it's a short walk from high wire brewery which shares a plaza with a pizzeria, an artist's co-op, ice cream shop, and another tap room/restaurant, which was a perfect place to spend our evenings. The neighborhood itself was fairly noisy the whole time we were there, with vehicles going by fairly constantly and neighbors playing music late into the night, so if you've got small children or reactive pets or are just a light sleeper it's probably not the place for you. Also just a note: this house is part of a duplex and is the unit closer to the street and is not connected to the fenced in yard. If you are looking to use the yard you may want to book the other property.
