A cute little granny flat with a SINGLE KING size bed (one person only), ensuite, kitchenette overlooking a court yard with olive tress and heaps of birds. It has it's own private access and there is free street parking for 1 car. We do have a very friendly cat & dog, but they spend most of their time in the main house. The kitchenette is equipped with bar fridge, microwave, electric cooker, toaster & kettle. The flat comes with all linen and crockery too. We live in a quiet and peaceful suburb with the beach only 30 mins walk or a 5 min bus ride. There is a bus stop in our street that goes to the foreshore, shops and train station. We also do offer usage of our washing machine for a small fee.
