Steps away toour community private beach on “Big Blue”.Deja Blue Beach Rental brings the outside in with a marvelous 15 x 30 foot screened porch featuring a gas fireplace, large screen tv, couches, love seat and wicker chairs to relax. There is also a space to dine al fresco with table seating for eight. Newly added in 2023: a basketball court and adjacent seating for the fans!
A coveredrearporch off the dining area leads to a large paved patio with your option of charcoal or gas grills, dining for 8 more, a brick firepit with comfortable chairs and a roomy hot tub that makes Lake Michigan jealous. Deja Blue has a massive side yard which is agreat area to play all of your summer yard games.Located4 miles north of downtown South Haven and a short drive up to Saugatuck, this beach cottage has the feeling of being "Up North" while being just mere minutes from all the action.
Thisbeach cottage alsohas aprivate deck off the Master Bedroom perfect to enjoyyour morning coffeewhere you might even spot a deer or two. Open living flows inside a very bright first floor that has a spacious great room,large dining table and kitchen island with seating. Miami Park is a wonderful community with large lots, and a tram or stairto take you down the bluff to the shoreline to splash and play or later marvel in the amazing sunsets.
Please Note: Water levels and beach conditions change on a regular basis. Some days there is not much beach and some days there is quite a bit of beach. Some days you will find a large amount of rocks and some days there is more sand than rocks. However, every day you can enjoy sunset views from the bluff and all the amenities Deja Blue Beach Rental has to offer.Please note that this property does have access to the stairs as well as the tram.
