Facing east with wonderful views, it is located on one of the best golf resorts of the island, with two 18-hole golf courses, and only 10 minutes away by car from the leisure area of Meloneras and the beach of Maspalomas. Surrounded by nature,silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from itsmain touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massage and spa circuits, and walks surrounded by nature.
The villa is distributed in one floor, but located high above the street level for a better view and less noise, with access by both stairs and elevator. It consists of a wide living room, with tv/sofa area, dining area and an open fully-equipped kitchen, and with big glass sliding doors that open to the garden/terrace and pool area. The master bedroom has aking size bed and a full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a second full bathroom with shower.
