5 Bedroom Villa in Hillcrest Estates, Davenport
Tuscan Hills is a beautiful gated neighbourhood styled to a stunning Mediterranean theme in a great location.
This privately owned 5 bedroomed villa, in the gated and quiet community of Tuscan Hills is ideal for families to share a memorable holiday in the Magic of Florida. The home is fully furnished and includes lots of extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. The private pool & spa can be heated for a fee. Please note the spa is attached to the pool, it is not a hot tub.
There are numerous golf courses within a short drive. The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney & 25 minutes from Universal.
This spacious and well presented 5 bedroom villa is a great choice for the perfect family getaway.
The layout of the main kitchen, dining and living area is open plan which allows for greater flexibility for family time - and this leads straight out onto a great sized outside deck area which includes a very convenient dining space under a covered lanai and a pool and spa and outdoor furniture to take advantage of the Florida sunshine or relax after a busy day!
This pool/spa can be heated at an additional cost of $35 per day - please let us know if you would like to add this to your booking.
There are 5 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room.
The bedrooms are all a great size, two of these are Master suites with their own en suite bathrooms, with a a further double room, and two twin rooms.
In terms of facilities the house has everything you will need - a full kitchen is at your disposal which includes a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and a microwave for your convenience. The house also has a large washing machine and dryer for you to use.
The neighbourhood is a quiet, residential community and our home is not suitable for events or parties.
There are strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and parking, and all guests need to follow these. We can only allow two cars to park at property.
The community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
