Summary: Poor service. Bad breakfast that had been standing out for many hours without replenishing. My room lacked instructions for how to use phone to call for room service. When I got pad thai room service it was clear that it was from breakfast and the rice was so bad. Loud since the door was nowhere near "soundproof". In general the roof was broken probably water damage. The location has potential but it need to be deeply renovated and service improved.
