Positive: Contact from the host prior to arrival with details. Arrived and she came out to greet us along with an adorable dog. Friendly and welcoming. Apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed including a washing machine which was a big help. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, free parking. Couldn't ask for more and id definitely stay again. Few minutes drive to the centre of Zagreb and a restaurant nearby
