The main level bedroom with ensuite has direct access to the rear yard, an outdoor shower, and a private heated pool. Lovely and spacious screened-in porch with seating. It is the perfect spot for people-watching, having an evening drink, or your morning coffee. Gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, five-burner stovetop, and well-stocked for all home chefs to enjoy. The top level provides three additional bedrooms, all with ensuites. The recreational room offers seating, a TV, a game table, a bar, and foosball, which are available to guests. It is a great area to hang out and enjoy the family.
LOCATION: 2 State Rd is just 1/2 block to Rehoboth Ave and just a quick 15-minute walk/6 blocks to our famous boardwalk and beach. Five-star restaurants and tax-free boutique shops are right around the corner. Only 2 miles to the first of three sets of tax-free Tanger Outlets. Take a walk or bike on the new four-mile Rehoboth-Lewes bike path or enjoy part of the day at Tot Lot Community Park.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The pool will be open from 05/01 to 09/30th. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking. Linens are not provided; however, a linen rental package is available. The pool will not be heated during prime summer (Mem Day-Labor Day). There is an additional fee to heat the pool in the off-season. City parking permits are available to purchase at the parking department if you need extra parking. Streaming services only; no cable. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
