Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment located in a perfect spot for you to enjoy the White Mountains. The apartment is on the first floor and provides direct access to the parking area. Located conveniently off Exit 28, and provides convenient access to Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, and some great trails nearby.
There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. Dogs are allowed for a fee.
TV is equipped with Roku for you to connect to your favorite streaming services during your stay.
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome at our home at an additional fee of $35 per reservation. Please dont let the pet up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests must bring their own towels and disposable bags for their pet. 65lbs max per pet allowed.
Guests must carry their own pet bed. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on the bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.
As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during the stay.
Note: The cleaning crew has been replaced(due to issues reported in some reviews) so you will be welcomed to a sparkling clean apartment. We take pride in providing clean and cozy accommodations to our guests.
