The interior is brand new throughout. The main floor features a living room that overlooks the ocean with windows throughout and sliding glass doors. The kitchen boasts 2 islands both with sinks, which is perfect for cooking as a family or entertaining. The Master bedroom even includes heated mirrors for defogging and backlit lighting.
Located ocean front on Springs Ave in Pawleys Island, guests can enjoy super sunrises from DolphinView's porches with swings, and incredible sunsets from its creek dock which has a hammock. The home features 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There are 2 oceanfront King Suites. Fully equipped with brand new kitchen renovations and added features such as a gas powered fire pit, crab pot, pot filler, wine cooler, 2 dishwashers, a coffee pot and keurig- the new and improved DolphinView will blow you away! Bedding accommodations will include 4 kings, 2 queens, and twin sized bunk beds.
This unit has a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig.
Sunday to Sunday arrival during the summer months.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS (home has outdoor cameras).
