Summary: Great location. We got a different type of room than what we’d reserved which was disappointing but not terrible. We just wanted the seating area that the room we reserved should have had. We’d also requested a microwave in our room and never got a response. We didn’t but the front desk about it as the hotel was packed with no vacancy and they had their hands full. Check in was not as simple as most Hiltons that just allow me to check in via the app and our key cards didn’t work more than half of the time, but the digital key was fine and we didn’t bother to spend our time or the staff’s getting our key cards fixed. If we hadn’t had the digital key we would have had to, though. The hotel is nice, very clean, the staff is great, and it’s very conveniently located. We chose it for this trip because it was more affordable than our usual place and we’d stayed there before so knew it was acceptable. We will definitely stay again, though it doesn’t surpass our usual place on our preference list.
