We are located right downtown and next door to a popular market and deli so can be noisy at certain times of day. Generally breakfast and lunch time.
the back patio doors auto lock so be sure to unlock or prop open so you do not get locked out on the patio.

You can walk to just about everything from here. Many exceptional restaurants as well as shopping and activities. There is a popular locals market and deli next door for groceries, lunch or coffee and pastries.

Other things to note
No shoes inside please and kindly no sleeping on furniture other than the futon, air mattress or beds.
Additional rules
If you smoke please only do so on the back patio absolutely no smoking inside the rental.
Upon check out please take out all your trash To the dumpsters out the kitchen door and to the right behind the brown fence. we share them with the market next door. Housekeeping is not always scheduled on the day of your check out so if they arrive and there’s been trash sitting for days they will charge extra if they have to collect trash and deal with the additional mess.
Please no sleeping at all on the sofa. There is a airbed if you have additional guests.
Pets will be considered only with prior approval and additional cleaning fee. ($200,no exceptions as this is required by the cleaning company to clean everything including the carpet and upholstery.)
A request will be sent separately for this fee after you check in so that it does not raise your vrbo fee.
Absolutely no pets on furniture please.
