Positive: The room was very comfortable and well designed, with a great separation for the kids which made our stay much easier as a family. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool every day, and the cocktails served there were excellent. Overall, the facilities made for a very relaxing stay

Negative: Unfortunately, we had a few disappointing experiences. One of our family members was refused access to their room because the hotel claimed the booking charge was different from what they expected, even though it was identical to mine through Booking. This caused unnecessary stress. In addition, there was a 3-hour water outage during our stay. While we later learned this is a common issue in Corfu during the summer, I would have expected the hotel to provide some sort of backup solution for such a known problem. At peak times there was also no hot water, which made things uncomfortable. Finally, it was extremely difficult to book a table in the restaurants, as they seemed to always be fully booked, which limited our dining options at the hotel
