Summary: Meh. I want to say nice things about this place because, hey, it’s in the Keys… but man, even with chill island vibes, this place is seriously lacking. We stayed two days. Didn’t expect full service cleaning or my bed to be made, but towel service would have been nice. Also, you say your office is open 8-7. I tried to enter after 9 am, there was a sign that said you’d be staffed from 10-6. At 10:20, we gave up and left the property. While I understand the laid back island vibe (and am honestly jealous of it!), either you’re hoteliers or you’re not. Less than 8 hours a day of staffing coverage isn’t sufficient.
