Three bedroom two bathroom home on two levels transformed into a kinky dungeon play space. Great for 1-2 couples, a group of buddies, and events of various sizes. Friendly to photoshoots, content creators, adult film shoots, adult club events, and private parties.
5 play areas including a large group playroom with multiple benches and seating options, 2 bed nooks, jail cell, rim chair, dungeon with sling, fcukbench, gloryholes, anon sling, and so much more. All rooms are lit with dim red lighting as well as bright overhead lighting so you have options to set the mood.
Overnight rentals can include 2-4 overnight guests. Please inquire about sleeping arrangements for additional guests. Guests may host up to 8 total people for group play. Guest hours end at 12 midnight Sunday - Thursday and 2am Friday - Saturday.
Overnight stays can take advantage of two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and features the jail cell and rim chair with a full bathroom just across the hallway outside the door. Bedroom 2 is on the lower floor featuring a mirrored bed nook, swing chair, and fcukbench with a 3/4 bathroom just a few steps away. Each floor can additionally be separated by the stairwell door if desired. A small galley kitchen and dining space allow for flexible dining options. Full sized laundry available. Group playroom can be reconfigured into a cozy living area for extended stays.
Each of the main room, bedrooms, and dungeon room contain a hygiene station including paper towels, spray cleaner, and garbage can (just like at the gym for easy cleanup), plus a bottle of lube.
The basement dungeon room features a custom wooden bondage frame with multiple locking points and sling options. The bondage frame should be considered for novelty use and not exceed approximately 250 lbs suspended in any manner. The provided rubber floor mat should always be used to protect the carpet from mess. A floor-length mirror is positioned at just the right angle for viewing. The locked cabinet and closet are not available for guest use.
Also located in the basement is a one-of-a-kind group gloryhole. Two wooden holes allow for side-by-side fun. The anon sling can be used in multiple positions with curtain open or closed. Lube, paper towel holder, cupholders, power, phone mounts, wipeable plastic covers, lighting controls, grip bars, and gym mat flooring provide an upgraded experience. An exterior door provides outside access while the interior gate can be latched for privacy.
Inquire about hourly reservations for upstairs, downstairs, or both spaces. Note there is minimal noise separation between the two floors. Event rentals will reserve the whole space and can optionally include tarp covered exterior areas great for guest check-in, clothes check, etc.
We take cleanliness seriously! This is not a scat friendly space, we can't keep it clean enough for the next guest. Watersports are great in the showers only. We charge a cleaning fee because cleaning and sanitizing all the play spaces is not something we can skimp on - and think you agree with that too.
