Positive: Everything was fine until the other apartments were also rented out. There seems to be no soundproofing in the walls. When having a group of people next door talking, moving furniture until early morning, not nice to stay there at all.
Negative: The property was clean, kitchen is useful for short stays. When having neighbours who can behave, it's a nice relaxing place to stay.
