Positive: An whole house

Negative: So I booked two nights at mid night, booking was confirmed, and I drive an hour to the property from Tokyo, before a few minutes of arrival, property called me telling me I can only stay one night, the other night has booked by others, I have no idea how this happened, as a result, I can only have a short sleep at the property and checkout at the morning, and find another hotel, very bad experience.
