3 Bedroom House in Rockwood
400' of level lakefront! This 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room, with 2 full bathrooms lakefront home has plenty of charm and character, but the real jewel is almost 2 acres of level yard with 400 feet of lake frontage with a covered boat dock and a lakeside patio with brick barbecue, and gradual slope into the water for beach-like swimming. This home has a beautiful window lined lake facing wall to view of the lake and property while inside the home! Please note the dock does not have power to it and boat lift is reserved for the homeowners use.
This is a private home which includes bedrooms, kitchens and living areas. Some of our homes may have outside patios and private boat docks for our guests to enjoy.
Our guests will have full access and private use of the home unless noted. Because our homes are privately owned, there will be an " Owners only" area such as a locked closet or room to be respected as off limits.
All communication with our guests are done via email. We do not have the ability to send large files such as lease agreements, driving or entry instructions via apps. Please be sure your email is updated and able to receive attachments.

5. Uncle Gus’s Barbeque in Ten Mile. One mile north of Rt. 68 on Rt. 304. GOOD!
6. Red Bone Restaurant - in Kingston on Rt. 70 - very good - seafood and steaks, sandwiches like reubens also, not too pricey-in fact, reasonable for what you get
7. Mama Mia's - good Italian restaurant in Kingston on Rt. 70
8. Gondolier's Restaurant - good Italian restaurant next to Kroger's, Exit 350 off I-40
9. Mei Wei Chinese Restaurant - next to Save on Groceries in Kingston - good Chinese, eat-in or carry-out

Trash pick-up Once a week subject to change. Leave plastic bags in the trash cans provided at the end of the driveway. No unbagged trash or leaky bags will be accepted, you will be responsible for disposal for those bags. NEVER leave bags sitting outside the closed trashed can overnight.
The home is on a septic system. PLEASE be careful with what goes down the commode/drains. Please only use septic safe toilet paper such as Angel Soft.
