THERE IS NO CELL TOWER NEAR THE CABIN. YOUR CELL PHONE WILL WORK FROM WIFI. Check your settings on your phone. My phone shows Advanced Calling and I choose WiFi calling.
Thermostat is located at the top of the stairs. Set your comfort zone.
Parking- It's a circular driveway. Can fit approximately 8 cars. Yes, there is enough room for a boat trailer.
All 4 TVs have Netflix.
The Queen bedroom TV has YouTubeTV. This TV changes to black and white sometimes. Easy fix: Go to options on remote, select picture, scroll to last entry to reset color.
Fireplace on Main level has a remote. The fireplace on Terrace level is not to be used by guests.

Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards and kayaks.
Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. Trailheads of the Appalachian Trail, which spans from Georgia to Maine, are less than 10 miles from this home.

Terrace level has a Queen Bedroom while the 3rd Bedroom has two Twins. Bathroom has Walkin Shower and single sink vanity.
