Enjoy sitting outside on the covered porch on the cozy swing – the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh mountain air.

The floors are radiantly heated so you will never have cold toes! AC is provided by mini splits in each bedroom and living room giving you great heat and AC for year round comfort! Enjoy the spacious living room and lazy boy couch or play pool on the regulation table with proper space to attempt any shot from any side of the table.

You will be given a unique smart lock code that is only activated for your stay the day of arrival.
We are available for anything 7am to 7pm. We always have someone available 24/7 to answer the phone or drive to the property however they won't be able to help with local questions or reservation questions after 7pm.
There are three neighbor houses. One of those is a private garage and fenced area on the property away from the house that is private and not part of the rental.
There is ample parking for trucks, trailers, cars. No garage space is available but lots of parking for people.
